The Fishy Tiger

Spotted on the coast of Vero Beach, Florida, a very unusual species of fish, known as the fishy tiger, has taken residence. They are called the fishy tiger because they have the body of a tiger, yet have fins and can swim and breathe underwater, like a fish.

The first was spotted on Sunday, around the time of two o'clock p.m., by a man surfing in the water.

"I didn't really know what it was at first," he says. "I was just surfing and saw something in the water. I paddled over and was shocked. My uncle was always saying he saw something like this but we all though he was crazy..."

Scientist have discovered fishy tigers are attracted to cooler waters, tourist activity, and their cousins, the manatee. They are believed to be here as a result of Global Warming. The fishy tigers can be temperamental and moody, so people are being advised to keep their distance.

If you happen to spot a fishy tiger, please contact local authorities.

No more is known as of yet.
